Video transcript: The initial phase was pretty challenging, wherein I was not understanding how could I possibly unlearn all of those things that I've done in the past three years? So that was a bit challenging on how can I bring in this set of theories over here? That's something that I built up on myself to bring in that confidence in the first week. And parallel, as in when we had several lms, several course of action that was being taken after every session, that possibly gave me some idea onto how SaaS industries actually work, and also so that we can implement AI tools to possibly better ourselves. So this four weeks allowed me to challenge myself, get into all of the situations possible, and get in all of the feedbacks appropriately. And eventually, yes, I was very much happy that I got an opportunity with chargebeam.

Video transcript: Hi I'm Surjit I come from operations background I'm also a boxer. I know it sounds unrelated to sales but Ryan completely changed this perspective of mine. He encouraged me instead of hiding this passion of mine to tell it to interviewers that you know how the skills of boxing are directly transferable to sales like ability to handle rejections, being adaptable and discipline and this mindset shift was game changing for me. He also taught us a lot of things starting from writing great cold emails we did a lot of cold calls as well. One more thing was that he told sales is not about convincing people rather it's about helping people understanding their pain point then giving a solution. This was really required and yes overall he was a great mentor and he helped me a lot to finding interviews you know helped me whenever I was stuck like I could reach out to him and definitely I could get an answer. Yes he was a great mentor. Thanks Ryan.

Muzamil
SDR, Ex- B2C
Video transcript: My name is Muzamil and if I were to talk about myself, I have six years of experience into B2C and now finally I have managed to transition into B2B. I think the entire credit goes to one and only one person who is Ryan Anija. I think he is the man behind this vision, this opportunity, this execution, and more importantly for the entire hand holding that he has done for me. If know me transition, I, you know, thought of learning from him which was one of the best decisions that I made. Because this guy was not just someone who comes in and teaches you, but is a true mentor. When I say that he will allow you with the freedom to find solutions on your own pace. And more importantly, if I talk about his teaching, his is one of the great minds that I've come across so far and he would, he would actually make complex things, you know, seem so much simpler. He would teach you what not to do first rather than teach you what exactly to be done. And that is the best father about, you know, none of his lectures are boring. We actually used to look forward to, you know, attending all of his sessions. And more importantly, if you need help, this guy would be there. And I know for a fact that tomorrow when you are looking forward to transition or growing overall into SaaS industry, learning from someone who has not only worked but also has managed sdr because that is what your managers would be expecting from you. So learning with that overall understanding and that insight is the most important key factor. I would highly recommend Ryan as a mentor, a great teacher, and of course a great friend too.

Video transcript: I have learned so many things in school of SDA. There is lot of learning. And unlearning also was there. So when it comes to learning, the personalized outreach was there. When it comes to unlearning, I used to write lot of big, big emails actually, in my previous company. So I have changed myself a lot. And then the wow factor of the entire course, if you say the prompts which you're giving. So like, there is lot of prompts was there, like, for cold calling, for how to handle a customer objections, how to write a cold email, and like what? How to identify the customer pain points. So it was really helpful for me to crack the interviews as well. Like, I was giving interviews with multiple companies. Like, everything was at the final stage. I didn't even expect that, actually.

Video transcript: Of SDR. I was very confident that Rahul would have done some level of screening with the candidates before he passed them to me. And of course, you had also shared your course curriculum with me as well, which gave me a lot of confidence. And I knew this was going to make my and my HR partner's job extremely easy because they've recently gone through a very thorough training with school of STR, I wouldn't have to put in a lot of efforts when it comes to, say, training them in the future. Once they on board results in shorter ramp up time. Time. And that means more productivity, they start producing results right from month one.

Sr. SDR, Sogolytics
Video transcript: I'm Duggan, and I used to work at Scalar Academy by interview bait. So I came across school of SDR over LinkedIn. So I thought maybe, you know, I would like to give it a chance because I had a longing dream to make a switch into b two b sales. And I joined the April cohort of school of SDR. And what I learned was the depth of how exactly, you know, sales is being conducted from a psychological level to, you know, until the technical technicalities too. Right. This is something that really helped me understand the structure, the, you know, the responsibilities and the roles, the requirements, what is actually, you know, which is necessary to get into these. So this is something that truly helped me to, you know, like understand the purpose of the interviews, how exactly b two b interviews are being conducted, what is the role really stands for. And through that, of course, Rahul did help me through a lot of interviews and he did introduce us to a few guests who gave us a lot of insights on that. This is something that really helped me crack into the b two B sales segment coming from Edtech. B two C. Currently I got into an enterprise sales role at so golytics, which I'm really grateful and happy for. But in all honesty, if not for Rahul's help and his team, I don't think this would have been, you know, possible by any means. So that is something that I would like to say. But in all words, I learned everything, you know, from the scratch till the very end. And there wasn't a single bit that was left. And honestly speaking, after starting my role, I can see a lot of things. You know, things are getting much more easier for me than what I actually expected. So anyways, kudos to that, you know, kudos to school of SDR and thanks a lot. Rahul, I'm always grateful for you for.

Video transcript: Hi guys, this is Ankit Korwal. I joined the School of HDR in the month of October. So when you talk about the experience of mine, it was really good and amazing also, right? The kind of content that they have delivered and like everything, live classes assignments and live quizzes that we used to do and the interactive sessions and the mock all practice session, each and everything was, you know, very good. Rather, I would say, right. For anyone who is a beginner or looking for a transition from B2C to B2B background, I would highly recommend to anyone who want to make this transition and this is a place for you and do not think twice before joining. Thank you very much.

Account Consultant
Video transcript: First and foremost, I'd like to thank the entire team of School of SDR who has put so much efforts in getting and preparing the course for for me, there's a lot of things that I learned from the team. I like to specifically highlight three points which had a massive impact with me. One thing is the course curriculum. It was entirely comprehensive. It's just not about cold calling and cold email. There were a lot of other things covered, a lot of strategies covered for you to take it away and apply it as a B2B SaaS SDR. And the second thing is that I was under assumption that a lot of being an SDR is about cold calling and emails. But I also came to know that voice notes and visual prospecting is something that we could consider to stand out from the crowd. That's something that was interesting and you'll be learning a lot of visual prospecting as well and how to do and what not to do and stuff. The biggest highlight that I got from the entire four month course is the practice. So these guys, they not just only train you on what to do and what not to do and coach you on the stuffs that help you become an sdr, but they also give you enough opportunities to practice with them. Practice on blue so that you get prepared when you are on the sales floor and when you are appearing for an interview. So the practice is something that most courses would not be offering even. I've attended two or three courses before, but the practice that I've got here is something that I've not seen in any other courses.

Video transcript: Hey, everyone. My name is Rushal and I was part of one of the cohorts under Ryan. I've got to say, learning from Ryan was easily one of the best decisions I've made, not just for my career, but also from a personal growth perspective. One thing I noticed is he genuinely took the time out to understand each and every member's strength and weaknesses and what you need to work on specifically. So that makes the entire experience feel a lot more personalized than it usually is for online classes. One moment that really stands out for me is when he shared his best cold email with us. He broke down his entire thought process. He explained how he did his research, and honestly, that kind of insight kind of sticks with you. And when you get a sense of what works in the real world, it actually helps you build your own systems as well. Upon that. So, you know, every session was like that, where he shared nitbits and insights on how he used to operate in his roles and how. How the industry works in general. So for me, this experience was a total game changer and it has played a huge role in my journey to, you know, joining. What? Fix? Yeah, I mean, I can't recommend it enough to anyone who wants to break into the B2B SaaS space right now, and Ryan is the man for that, so thank you and best of luck.

How well can they communicate with both their prospects and their team members? Adaptability is skill that I predominantly focus on. He was very proactive. Right. He prepared a couple of old emails that obviously I did not ask him to do, and he was like, okay, Shani, I want to show you something that I've prepared for Zlori. And he was like, I'd love your feedback on this. He was very clear on how he wanted to progress in his professional journey. The clarity of thought was another piece that convinced me that, yes, he would be the right fit. And the third and the final skill was he was eager to learn. He knew that his emails were really well written.

Vartika Harit
SDR at Alaan
Video transcript: My name is Vartika Harith. I'm currently working with quizzes, B2B SaaS startup. Before this I was working with scalar. I wanted to do this transition from very long back but you know, just being a procrastinator I was not able to take up a decision. This December I realized that, you know, it's almost three years that have been passed and you know, I cannot be too late for this transition and obviously there is no one who is going to come and help you with all of that. While applying I was getting rejected so I was not able to make to the companies even the first round. I didn't want to waste a lot of time on recorded classes. A, I needed a life course because you know, that is where my attention is most drawn and it should not be that long. So that's when I found School of SDR which have a very precise course of four weeks. What really drew me to move with the program was again interaction with you Rahul, because you bring a lot of extensive experience, experience in the key field and that was one of the factor of my decision. Would not say that you just come and you know, you purchase a course and you'll be just in good B2B SaaS companies, no pre class, you get assignments to do pre class and post class. So LMS assignments help me a lot and they actually allowed me to understand what mistakes I've been making and how to learn from them. So I was repeatedly doing assignments to stay on my toes. So everything I needed was very consolidated. Plus you know, the mock calls that we used to do with maryada were very helpful and obviously there is no one who is going to come and help you with all of that. While applying I was getting rejected so I was not able to make to the companies even the first round. So I did my exact research about all the institutes that are there available right now in the market which are providing similar courses. So I still remember I had a word with you and when I thought about this I was again in a dilemma that you know, shall I do things on my own or shall I just, you know, move? With School of sdr I have seen people doing it in the past from my own company and that that was one of proof of substance that I was looking for. Secondly, I was looking for the guidance, a kind of a mentorship where a person like you who brings a lot of experience on the table can guide me through and you know, probably tell me what mistakes I'm making at my current process. So that was the Time, I thought, let me be in School of sd, probably move forward with this process because most of the other schools were taking a lot of time or they were just providing the recorded classes. So everything was very consolidated. And that helped me to take a leap of faith towards School of SDR and crack a better role for me. Don't be very desperate. You know, you need to have a willingness to unlearn first of all the old habits and then learn the new ones. There's a lot of material online, but gathering and organizing all of that will take take up your lot of time, which I wasted in my initial start of 2024. So having a very structured approach towards this transition is one of the key factors where you will require some mentorship, you will require some sort of handholding where you can focus on learning your basics. But again, there should be someone who can just, you know, point out what kind of emails you have to write, what kind of cold calling approach you need to have, because it's unlike what you were doing in B2C SAL. So consistency is the key. There will be a lot of times where you'll feel like, you know, let me give it up, I won't be able to do this. But every small step each day will build you up over a period of time. What I see right now, being in this B2B SaaS world, there's a very big gap. Companies see when a candidate is moving from B2C world to B2B world and they are not very welcoming and hence they want someone who is already ready and they know at least a bit about how tech sales work, how SAT sales work. So School of SDR has been one place where the course truly justifies the time. As I just said that, you know, four weeks is good amount of time to invest. It has live classes, a faculty, including you, brings in so much of experience, which was one of the major points why I was drawn and the proven track record of the placements people have seen in B2B companies. No matter how big the company is, we have our people from the community place there. So it's definitely worth putting your time there. And yes, I had completely, you know, loved my journey at School of sdr.

Video transcript: Hey. Hi everyone. I would like to share my feedback or my gratitude towards str. First of all I would like to thank Rahul for selecting me in the interview. It has been a pleasure and really I admire his work, his presence on the LinkedIn, his posts and everything which made me first of all come into considering SDR School of SDR as a platform as the rightful platform to improve my skills. The reason I joined school of STR was I'm already working for B2B but then I knew there were a few skill sets which I was lacking in and I definitely wanted to improve and wanted to learn more so that I can excel and help my company grow. Whereas in I never thought I'll make so many improvements in myself. So first and biggest improvement which I think I could make one here is time management which is I feel would definitely help me going ahead in my life. Time management is something which I really learned here especially spending good amount of 2025 hours of over a period of a month spending to learn understand where am I lacking using a number of AI tools making my life so simple. It is truth that School of STR teaches you how to use AI to your benefit than that of having a fear of AI replacing you. So I feel if in case now I have to rate myself in terms of how I have improved in using AI on different platforms I can rate myself somewhere around 3.5 to 4. I would not give me myself 5 because I feel I can still learn every day and every day is a learning experience. Apart from that the course, the interactive sessions, the AMA sessions I always used to look up for these AMA sessions where I I get I got so many good points from Mariada. Mariada is one of the best mentors I feel I have ever encountered with and I am fortunate for it. I definitely would also like to thank Parth who is also another mentor who I have been I have been pinging him and I mean bombarding him with multiple questions and he has been very patient enough to answer all the questions and also their feedbacks post we complete the assignments the one on one sessions, the one on one feedbacks so that we can improve and also they also keep and hope of improving themselves which is again a very humanly or very touching element which they put in. Even Rahul in that sense is a very grounded person and very humble person whom we can learn so much from and I'm highly grateful to School of STR for having me for teaching me so much and I ill nourish and keep learning every day thank you so much.

Video transcript: The sales is very different when it comes to B two B. That is one thing I realized. So I was very good at cold calling. I was very good at closing my demos. To be very honest, when it came to b two b sales, it was a different ballgame altogether. The cold calling was very different with school of SDR. I used to watch a lot of videos. So in B two C sales, it is not possible for me to end my conversation by asking a prospect, hey, what's your favorite pizza? Talk? I started doing that in B two B, then emailing, right? Emailing is something we don't do in B two C. It is very important for me to have a multi thread approach. In B two C, it's WhatsApp. It's called end of story. Here we need to know how to do an email. School of SDR taught me how not to write bad emails because I used to write emails. Even if I did, it was simply hey chat. GPT. This is what I want. Copy, paste and story finally was, I think the kind of account research and how to do the account research fast. Previously I used to spend hours on researching if I want to research anything. Of course we used to not research accounts, but after school of SDR, I think I can research an account in seven to eight minutes.

Video transcript: It started with changing myself as a person to becoming an SDR, which comes into play because SDR is not just a role, it's a mindset you own. We have always heard those who are coming, maybe from b two C or b two B background. We have heard we need to understand people and then think and take decision on that. I guess SDR is a role where you really apply that I got to know about what exactly matters when you talk to someone. What matters is your feet, is your confidence, how confident you are while talking to someone or maybe approaching someone. I remember the most important topic not, not just being about a role of an SDR. That was time management, which was told in the first session, and I'm not just saying for the sake of it, but the money I paid for the course got covered in first two sessions. And I have told this to a lot of people already.
